This supports Water Lane Reserve at $9.79 million, Annangrove Road upgrade at $6.99 million and multiple intersection upgrades totaling over $13 million.

The NSW Government is also building two new permanent schools: Box Hill Public School with preschool and Box Hill High School. Box Hill faces an estimated $1.07 billion community infrastructure cost from FY22/23, jointly funded by developers and the NSW Government, alongside a $207 million shortfall without further support. Population growth is projected to reach 50,000 people, creating shortages in roads, parks and classrooms. A $600 million mixed-use precinct called Box Hill Square is under development on Terry Road.
