Box Hill Secures Grants, Faces Funding Shortfall for Infrastructure Projects

The Hills Shire Council has received $11.7 million in NSW Government funding for three infrastructure projects in Box Hill: Water Lane Road construction, land acquisition for a new fire station, and Terry Road Upgrade planning.

Recent Funding and Tender Outcomes

This allocation covers $5.6 million for Water Lane Road construction, $3.5 million for land acquisition for a new fire station, and $2.6 million for Terry Road Upgrade planning. The council also secured an additional $30.4 million under Round Two of the Accelerated Infrastructure Fund for seven projects that include the Water Lane Reserve and Annangrove Road upgrade.
