This announcement arrives while Craigieburn, recorded with a 2021 population of 65,178, sits inside the North Growth Corridor that targets between 260,000 and 330,000 new residents overall. Developer Peet Limited has released 802 new land lots, including townhomes, inside the Aston Craigieburn community that features The Greenline linear park and lies next to Greenvale.
