Key facilities already in place include the Craigieburn Community Hospital at 274-304 Craigieburn Road, which provides dialysis, dental, pharmacy and specialist clinics from 8am to 5pm on weekdays. The Craigieburn Urgent Care Clinic at 70 Central Park Avenue offers free walk-in care for non-life-threatening issues daily until 10pm, while headspace Craigieburn operates at Suite 1, Level 1, Central Suites on 340 Craigieburn Road for youth mental health support on selected weekdays. These services operate alongside the Maternal and Child Health Centre at 14 Mitford Crescent, open Tuesday to Friday.
The Craigieburn Road Legacy Art Trail, with 30 decorated signal boxes at 15 locations, was unveiled in mid-December 2024 to highlight local themes of connection. Weekly sessions of the Craigieburn Art Group Inc. continue at Selwyn House on 20 Selwyn Avenue, and the annual Craigieburn Festival is scheduled for March 21, 2026, at Anzac Park.

Plans from the Victorian Planning Authority also cover the release of 802 new residential lots by Peet Limited across 62 hectares in the Aston Craigieburn area, with construction starting early 2026 and a neighbourhood centre at Aston Square on 179 Elevation Boulevard due for completion in mid-2026. Two additional community facilities are identified in the precinct structure plan over the coming decade.
