Population growth and price pressure in Wyndham Vale have pushed council and developers to accelerate land availability. The council’s 2024 Housing Prospectus identified Wyndham Vale as a priority for managed growth, with a 16% uptick in land enquiries reported by the City of Wyndham since early this year. Prospective buyers have already been seen queuing outside sales offices on Armstrong Road near Riverwalk and at Jubilee, located on Welcome Parade, following the weekend’s announcement.

Key eligibility requirements for the newly released lots have been set by developers in liaison with the City of Wyndham.
